Cancellations
We accept cancellations before your order has shipped. Once an order has been marked as shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns
If you would like to return your order, please contact us upon receiving it. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by Baby Trapoz.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your rebozo, please contact us upon receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the replacement item.
